Immunity Bomb

I haven’t posted about oils in a little while and that’s because were using them so often it’s become less of a “new” experience and more of a way of life for us. That’s a good thing!

But I know passing our experiences along is what’s going to really help me remember what I’m learning.

So, here is one of the recipes we’ve been using around our house and some thoughts on our experience doing it consistently.

Immunity Bomb Recipie:

Purpose:

Used this oil combination to help support your immune system so it can ward off those pesky germs this time of year. It can also help support your bodies fight against said illnesses when you’re sick to help shorten the length of your symptoms.

Review/How It Is Working For Us/Surprises:

I was given this recipie while learning about the most commonly used oils with my DoTerra team “Oil Camp”. Every day at the online Facebook group we were given videos and articles to read and watch at our leisure to teach us about the 10 most used oils. This recipie showed up when learning about Frankincense, I believe, and my husband and I started trying it shortly after.

I was quickly surprised that it had a greater affect on my mood then anything else. I also haven’t been sick so far these past few month so this seems to have helped with what it is supposed to. But the mood lift really surprised me!

I’m giving the credit to Frankincense because it is described as a powerhouse oil. But I honestly don’t know if it’s the oil or the combination. DoTerra has a blend called Balance that is especially made to be a grounding blend that people review highly for mood lifting and stabilizing. Shocker, but Frankincense is one of the oils in that blend.

The funny thing is, I didn’t know I needed a mood stabilizer until I was experiencing a calmer version of myself. I found all the sudden I was not as frustrated all the time and felt like I had the ability to think before just reacting. That’s a big deal for me.

I thought my bad mood was coming from stress and having a baby. I’ve also had quite a time with my hormones stabilizing and I realized that was a realistic cause for my moodiness as well. Yet, the oils seemed to slow me down enough to give me some lost control back. What a blessing!

Final Thoughts and Recommendations:

I guess I would recommend this for the immunity support because we haven’t been sick at all this season and having a 5 month old at home means that’s a big help. She has been sick with some stuff we’ve tried to figure out but so far she seems to be cold/ flu free as well.

However, I would also consider this mix if you are feeling a little like I did, mood wise.

I also recommend making this the base for whatever other oils you want to add into your daily regime. I’ve added On Guard to increase its immunity support effects and DigestZen for digestive support.

Know that these oils and their used have not been evaluated by the FDA so this is just my experiences with them.

But if you’re interested in purchasing any oils or signing up for the wholesale discount or becoming a wellness advocate you can connect with me on my doTerra site and I can help you there. Or just post a comment below with questions. If I don’t know the answer, I’ll find out!

I do believe all of the ideas you’ve presented on your post. They are really convincing and will certainly work. Nonetheless, the posts are very brief for newbies. May just you please prolong them a little from subsequent time? Thanks for the post.
